Ethical code
This document, "Code of Ethics", represents and includes the philosophy adopted by Hermione SA and by all consultants belonging to the organization, who adopt its content as an organization, management and control model. By adhering to the Code, the one who accepts and shares the values ​​it contains. The guidelines for conducting the Company's typical activities are indicated inside, as well as in relations with subjects internal and external to the corporate structure. Respect for this Code of Ethics represents a moment of fundamental importance for the correct functioning, reliability and reputation of the Company, factors which constitute a decisive factor for its success. Each consultant, both internal and external to the Company, has the duty to act in compliance with the "Code of Ethics" as a guarantee of morality and correctness.

Applicability requirements:

The Company and the Recipients undertake to operate in full compliance with fundamental values ​​such as: honesty, integrity, correctness, transparency and compliance with the provisions in force in each country of activity. Teamwork is considered a corporate value.

The Code of Ethics defines behavioral models, abolishing all forms of discrimination regarding race, nationality, gender, age, political opinions, religions, physical disabilities, sexual orientations.

The Company and the recipients promote the free profession and the relations of the free enterprise, for the conduct of commercial activities, in compliance with the principles of fair and honest competition. The Company and the recipients recognize the intellectual property of the intellectual and creative works. The Recipients are required to comply with the rules that protect copyright and all rights relating to its exercise and undertake to protect their violation.

All the behaviors assumed are based on respect for the confidentiality of the information acquired in the course of the activity, in compliance with the privacy legislation in force in the country in which it operates.

To protect the company's image and reputation, it is essential that customer relations are based on full transparency and fairness; compliance with the law, with particular reference to the provisions on anti-money laundering and anti-usury; independence from any form of conditioning, both internal and external.

The Company proceeds to confer professional assignments in compliance with the principles of competence, convenience, transparency and equity.

The Recipients are required to carry out the assigned activities with commitment, contributing concretely to the achievement of the corporate objectives.

The Recipients observe the utmost confidentiality regarding information relating to Customers. The only public and freely disclosed information about the Company is that contained on the website www.enghswiss.com. Recipients refrain from providing other false or misleading information, rumors or news.

It is forbidden to expose facts that do not correspond to the truth even if subject to evaluation of the company's economic, financial or equity situation or to hide, by other fraudulent means, facts in whole or in part to be communicated regarding the situation.

In any case, it is strictly forbidden to knowingly obstruct the functions of public supervisory authorities in any form. The recipients are aware of the strategic and economic value for the Società delle

methodologies, processes and working documents developed by the Company itself and therefore undertake not to disclose them externally and, in the event of termination of the employment relationship, to return to the Company any document or copy in their possession.

Employees and collaborators are not allowed to use the company name and brands in any form for private purposes. Letterhead can only be used for communications signed by a partner or designated manager.

The Company undertakes not to deal with operational realities that do not respect the rules of the international community for the protection of ethnic minorities or that hinder the protection and promotion of human rights on an international level.
